General information
The design of our hose reels is the result of over 25 years of experience in the production and sale of these devices, as well as special customer requests and requirements.

The hose reels in the Kompact series can be used universally for all types and makes of forklift trucks (front and side loaders), crane vehicles, lifting cranes, special vehicle construction and mechanical engineering. In our sophisticated modular system, all reel sizes are tested for continuous use up to 400 bar operating pressure. The reels are designed for the use of single, double and triple hoses with nominal diameters of 8, 10 and 12. They allow the use of these hoses in lengths of up to approx. 35 metres. Thanks to a special hub and reel plate design, more hose can be wound up with the same reel diameter than with all known and comparable makes.
The smallest reel with an outer diameter of 210 mm can hold 1.5 metres of hose with an outer diameter of 16 mm.
Another advantage of our reels is that they are largely maintenance-free, extremely stable, can be fitted universally and have a long service life. They can be supplied in L-design for left-hand and left-hand attachment, as well as in R-design for right-hand and right-hand attachment. Single and double hose reels can be converted from left-hand to right-hand rotation and vice versa at a later date.
To round off our programme, we supply a swivel joint and alternatively a crocodile for hose deflection.

Return Spring
The return spring is built into the drum. In the event of spring breakage or other functional problems, the spring must never be removed from the cassette.

Hydraulic Hoses
The reels can be supplied with or without hoses. If required, please let us know the hose length you need, the nominal diameter, the required operating pressure and the desired fittings.
With this information, we can supply the required hose reel complete with hose without delay.
